Introduction

The objective of this report is to analyze the information systems used by Maridian Real Estate. Maridian Real Estate is a real estate agency that is located in Hoboken, NJ. Our group will research Maridian Real Estate’s different use of management information systems through their sales process, as well as their marketing strategies. We will focus on the business strategy and how their information systems help them accomplish their daily goals.

Recommendations and final conclusions will also be provided to further improve their information systems and how their sales process is performed.


What is Maridian Real Estate?

Maridian Real Estate is a Real Estate agency that is committed to finding the perfect home or apartment of each of their client’s dreams. Once a client finds a listing that they are interested in and has their first conversation with one of our agents, it becomes clear how committed we are to our business and to them. From finding the perfect home, to taking the next step and signing the official paperwork- we make sure to guide our clients in the right direction on their journey to finding their perfect dream home. This can be stressful for many people. After all, a home is one of the biggest investments one can make in their lifetime. It is a place where people create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime and more.

 

 

 

Background Info:

Maridian Real Estate was established in 2017 by Gary Yip. He is originally from Middlesex, NJ and was formerly a chef by trade, and a hospitality manager. There were only 4 people employed at startup, and currently growing as there are 12 agents on board, along with 6 office employees. The company mostly focuses on rental properties in Hoboken, NJ but also takes on other properties as well and encourages sales as well. Maridian Real Estate was established in partnership with Maridian Properties.
